We can help! Using cutting-edge technology, we can turn your artwork and photographs into custom wallpaper. Simply upload your high-resolution photo, artwork or even an image you have found online, and we will tell you if the quality is high enough to create your own bespoke wallpaper mural.
Once you have uploaded your file, enter your dimensions and select your material choice. Rest assured, before your custom wall mural is printed, a human will double-check your order for quality purposes.

Can I turn a photo taken on my phone into photo wallpaper?
By all means, upload your photo taken on your phone. However, the quality will likely not be good enough to print as photo wallpaper. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix these images. To take the best quality photos, we recommend using a DSLR camera.
What if I've found an image on another website?
You have to gain permission for us to print that image for you, or you can see if we already have access to it. Try uploading a screenshot here.
It says my image is low quality. Can you fix it?
Unfortunately, there is no fix that we can do to improve the image's quality.
Can you edit my image to create personalised wallpaper?
Absolutely! There may be a small design fee for us to create personalised wallpaper, but our studio team can advise you beforehand. For more information on this service, please get in touch.
Can you add a logo to my image before it's printed?
Of course! There may be a small design fee for this service. Please email your image and logo with your details to info@wallsauce.com.
Can you create a bespoke photo collage or montage?
Absolutely! There is a small design fee for bespoke wallpaper, but we will advise you of this depending on your requirements. Please contact us with as much detail as possible, along with the number of images you’d like to include in your montage/ collage.
What are the material options?
We currently have four standard wallpaper options. ‘Classic’, ‘Premium’ and 'Deluxe' are all paste-the-wall materials and we also have a 'Peel and Stick' wallpaper option. Further details can be found on our page on wallpaper materials.
If you are a health establishment, such as a dental surgery or hospital, you might want to consider our 'Deluxe' wallpaper option, which has antimicrobial properties.
Can I get a sample of the custom wall mural before I order?
Yes! Once you've uploaded your image, you can order an A2 sample of your custom wall mural on your choice of material.
How long will shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all murals within 1-2 working days. For delivery timescales, please check out our delivery information.
Can I return my custom printed wallpaper if I’m not happy?
All of our custom printed wallpapers are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your custom wall mural, you have 30 days to return it to us in its original form and packaging.

3/5We were really pleased with the delivery time and the quality of the picture,however the decorator wasn't very pleased with how it went on the wall as you could see all the joins. There was no overlap or spaces they were put up by a great decorator but he wasn't happy. Don't think we would have one again because of thus problem.
Arrived quickly and the picture was great however even an experienced decorator was unhappy with the finished product when put on the wall because of the joins.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate any previous contact from you regarding this issue, therefore, we have not had the opportunity to assist you with resolving this matter. <br/>Seam issues tend to arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams or too little paste applied near seams. Furthermore, If the room temperature is too high or there is a draught, the wallpaper will dry more quickly than the adhesive, therefore, the dry tension cannot be balanced and the seams can split open. <br/>Any defect in the materials would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base, as many other customer orders would have been printed on the same roll of material and would have experienced the same problem.
