2/5This is the second time that I purchase wallpaper from your website. This time, I like the design but extremely disappointing with the quality of the glue and instructions. The wallpaper has not sticked properly and it looks disgusting. See pictures. I would like reimbursement

4/5The service was excellent, they called to check I was happy with what I ordered before going ahead. I was a little disappointed with the actual wall paper as blown up the image was blurry and pixilated. It did though stick well (so far) to my wardrobe doors.

With these types of images, we send screenshots to customers for final approval. These screenshots show a lot more of the texture and style, and also contain much more information, which may not be visible on our website. Additionally, the murals ought to be viewed from a distance so you can get the full effect, similar to a cinema screen. I can see our team provided these screenshots to you, which you approved for printing. In regards to installation, our murals are specifically designed to be installed upon dry, smooth, plastered or painted walls, as is stated on the website. Should you have contacted us prior to placing your order, our friendly customer service team would have had the opportunity to advise and offer the option of our free samples, to test on your surface. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous contact from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have been unable to assist. We are confident that as long as these steps have been correctly followed, you will not encounter any issues with your installation, as this process has been rigorously tried and tested by ourselves and many of our satisfied customers. Furthermore, the paste we provide has been extensively tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers, ensuring it does not cause any shrinkage to the panels. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply.
