Easy to use website for product search and sizing, lightning fast delivery and a great product, well packaged with each roll numbered. I bought the lighter weight paper hoping it would be strong enough to hang without issue, no problem, the decorator hung my 7 rolls in no time, even with tea breaks and was very impressed that the paste was a top quality! What a difference this has made to my room, should have done it ages ago!

2/5This is the second time that I purchase wallpaper from your website. This time, I like the design but extremely disappointing with the quality of the glue and instructions. The wallpaper has not sticked properly and it looks disgusting. See pictures. I would like reimbursement

Please be aware, in order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. We are confident that as long as these steps have been correctly followed, you will not encounter any issues with your installation, as this process has been rigorously tried and tested by ourselves and many of our satisfied customers. Furthermore, the paste we provide has been extensively tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers, ensuring it does not cause any shrinkage to the panels. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply. We have used the same wallpaper material you have, and received with your previous order, for over 5 years, and produce several hundred custom made murals each month, using this material. Any defect in the materials would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base.
