3/5Although I could not be more pleased with the wall mural we have finally got it was not my first choice as I was informed by wall sauce that my original choice would not work at the size I requested and the quality would be poor so we chose another mural I had asked for a discount due to not being able to have my first choice and my email was completely ignored ordinarily I would not have bothered to ask but felt as I first saw the original mural 3years ago that it should have been realised before now that the picture was of too poor a quality to be used this is the reason for 3stars as poor customer service matters even if the request was refused a reply to the email should have been done to say why I just think that the company was quick to email to ask me to make another choice but then did not follow through with good customer service
The mural is as ever beautiful though and very good quality as are the other 2 I have brought previously

I’ve used Wall Sauce on a few projects. Quality and service is excellent. The murals are fantastic
5/5Very easy to hang. It is worth spending time preparing the wall as any old paint spots etc will show. With two people it took about an hour or so to hang the 5m mural. We chose a bright subject as our hall has little natural light and it looks great.
Good website. Clear advice. Samples sent and prompt delivery.

My experience with WallSauce was fantastic. The original print that I ordered was not high enough resolution to print and Mark provided excellent customer service in helping me select a print that would work for my purpose. Once the order was placed, the product arrived in a few short days and it looks absolutely beautiful on the wall. Exceptional service and very good quality products!

We purchased the peacock feather wall mural. The instructions were very helpful and clearly written. The mural was pretty easy to hang. The paper has a vinyl-like feeling. The pattern we chose was as expected.
5/5Excellent quality would highly recommend looks so nice on my wall, would definitely order with wallsauce again, if you want something different for your walls then this is ideal
The muriel is of good quality really pleased with it would highly recommend.
