i think you shoiuld make your measurements much more accurate. The product was over 2 inches shorter then what you specified

Very happy with the service. The product arrived within a couple of days. It was easy to order the correct size. The product was a good quality and looks great once installed. Best to use a professional decorator or be an experienced DIYer to hand the mural I would suggest.

Hello Martyn, thank you for taking the time to leave your review and I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Please be aware, we recommend you add an extra 5cm or 2" to both the height and width of your mural to accommodate any variations, allowing any excess to be trimmed. This is stated at several stages throughout the ordering process, on our website, particularly at step one where you are asked to enter your dimensions. Additionally, we also have a dedicated section on our website to help guide you through the correct measuring process. Once you have confirmed your dimensions, the system cannot change them unless you instruct us to manually update them.
