Wall mural arrived very quickly. The quality was much better than I thought it would be, easy to hang... will be ordering another soon.

Delicate wisteria art work which I choose is no longer available on their website so the sales team asked me to choose another design. I was a bit sad but then I found the one I liked.

The sales team adapted the design to the new wall measurements I gave them as this art work was not going to cover my entire wall. They came back with 2 design options and 4 panels rather then the usual 5. I also receive money back. All in all a good experience and great curteous customer service and lovely mural!

My experience with Wallsauce was a bit a mixed one and in the end a positive one. The design which I ordered no longer existed (the artist had decide to stop collaborating with Wallsauce) so I had to choose another one.

The sales team was very attentive and assisted me with choosing the new design which was adapted to my wall (four panels rahter than the usual 5), it was taylored made as it no longer covered the entire wall and they managed to accomdate my request and in the end I also received a the difference in amount I had previously paid.

I am extremely satisfied with how it was all handled and the design, just looks fab!! Would defintely reccomend Wallsauce, loads of art work to choose from and good customer service and great quality products!

I made a mistake with my order and when I phoned up to fix it they were so understanding and helpful. They fixed my mistake without any hassle and the order went through very smoothly after that.
