Sally Franks

Sally Franks is a successful Freelance Graphic Designer and she is passionate about mixing simple, flat shapes and bright and soft colours. Most of her cheerful and colourful artworks are inspired by her love for travel, music, art and nature. After observing her surroundings, Sally takes tangible objects she has seen and transforms them into simplified, abstract art.

For this collection, Sally’s muse was the hustle and bustle of the streets she has seen during her travels. Directly taking colours from the photographs she had took and jumbling up what she could hear, smell and feel were all spilt onto the canvas. Sally describes her work as “Playful” and “Childlike” which is strongly shown in her colourful and joyful designs.
