3/5I love the print but that's where my love ends! My husband has hung wallpaper dozens of time over the years in our house and friends houses and has never had the problem we had with this one. We had a smooth plaster wall painted and sized around three to four weeks prior, we used the paste they supplied(maybe that's the problem) and mixed it according to the directions. We hung it and then woke up the next day to big corners hanging down and huge white lines due to the fact it separated after drying! Now I have this dark wallpaper with noticeable lines in it! I am still weeks later adding glue that I bought at my local paint and wallpaper store to sections that are not sticking. My wall was painted and sized weeks earlier because I couldn't bring myself to spend so much money on one wall buy unfortunately everything else didn't compare to this wallpaper, I regret spending almost $500 on it!! The company did offer and give a 15% discount which was nice but every time I sit at my dinner table I can't help but stare at those darn lines! This was my anniversary, birthday and Christmas present.....I gave up all those to have this wallpaper....not a good trade!

As we mentioned in our communication to you, it seems you have encountered a paste preparation issue and have incorrectly mixed the paste, causing the seams to separate. It is very important when installing, you follow the instructions carefully and correctly to ensure you achieve maximum results. The paste we supply with our murals has been rigorously tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers. If we felt the paste we supplied compromised our murals in any way and was not of high quality, we would certainly not provide it. Kindest Regards, Shannon.
