3/5Wallpaper was beautiful but glue was hard to work with.
The wallpaper is LOVELY exactly what we wanted but the glue was not very good and not suited to our hot Western Australian Conditions. It dried too quick while being applied and has now bubbled off the wall. We have had to get help to fix it. If the glue had been better quality we would have been 100% satisfied.

5/5The customer service experience was top notch and they answered all of my questions quickly and the process of buying a sample and getting reimbursed for the difference when I bought the full mural was quick and easy.
I absolutely love my mural. The wallpaper installers that we hired were also very impressed by it and couldn't believe the quality of it for the price. It's quite a statement piece in my dining room and I'd definitely recommend Wall Sauce to anyone who is on the fence.
If you're not doing the self adhesive type, I do recommend picking up a higher quality paste than the type that is included. Any installer will supply a superior product if you ask them.

Incredibly fast service! The variety of designs, the ease of ordering, the quality of the wallpaper, all of these factors is the reason I gave a 5 star rating. I will be ordering again as I have more friends wanting statement walls in their homes. Lastly, the Neutral Bloom pattern looks like a fabulous painting.

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous communication from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the issue. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials we supply. We have used the same wallpaper material and paste you have received for over 5 years and produce several hundred custom paste the wall murals each month. Additionally, we ship worldwide every day to customers in varying climate environments and any defect in the materials or paste would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base. The paste we provide has been rigorously tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers, ensuring it does not cause any wrinkles, shrinkage or bubbles.
