5/5Excellent packaging and devilry, product is a leap of faith but it worked well. The only thing I think which would improve the service is to have access to a reasonable sample of the paper in order to colour match the rest of the room, ahead of committing to the product. the conditions for samples seems overly restrictive.

Well this is not about the service it is more about the product. The problem is at the seams a white strip edge is seen at every panel, tried to overlap still white stripe appears from matching panel.

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous communication from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the matter. Please be aware, in order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. Normally, seam issues arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply and should you have required any assistance during your installation process, our friendly studio team are always on hand to offer guidance.
