Shipping was fast. The print was awesome. The only negative is the seams show through a bit on the thicker paper. My installer fixed it by coloring in here and there.

The sample looks very decent, but the real wallpaper looks fake, possibly due to the color/saturation adjustment I requested. Nevertheless, the product delivered looks far from a world renowned lily-pond painting. Therefore we decided to not even put it on the wall.

Service was good. The staff was helpful to help me do the color adjustment.

The sample delivery could've better faster though.
