I didn't have any need to contact their services, so can't really say anything about this. But, there is little leeway for wall discrepancies. At the end of the rolls and the wall, there was a significant gap due to the wall not being square. We had to piece together a part at the end to make it blend together.

This picture is great. The size was good, it was easy to put up and the quality of the paper is excellent. If the other picture is as good as this one, we will be delighted.

So far so good. We have managed to put one picture up and it is really good. Clear image and looks great. We are still mid project so the other one is not up yet.
