Ethel Reed
Vintage Posters
American graphic designer Ethel Reed came to fame as a poster artist in the 1890s.
At the young age of 20, Reed was encouraged by a friend to submit a drawing to the Sunday Herald after seeing her doodling away.
Reed lived a short but vibrant career for three years. Her success declined when she moved to Europe with her mother. In 2013, William S. Peterson published his book The Beautiful Poster Lady: A Life of Ethel Reed, which re-launched her incredible artwork.
With this vintage poster collection at Wallsauce, you can adorn your walls with some of Ethel Reed’s most iconic pieces.
