Delivery Options and Charges
All of our products are custom-made and printed at our in-house factory in the UK just for you, to your dimensions. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. All orders are sent via DHL.
Please note, orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday- Friday will be counted as day 1. Orders made after 12pm (GMT) or on the weekend will not be processed until the following working day.

Our delivery method
Wallsauce.com is pleased to work in partnership with DHL Express. Please note that for all deliveries, a signature will be required on receipt. If no one is available at your delivery address at the time the item is being delivered, a DHL card will be left giving you appropriate contact details for your local depot so you can rearrange delivery.
Track your order
To check on the current status of your order, sign in to your account and click on the 'View My Orders' button. A list of your current, previous and cancelled orders will be listed on the page shown, with the current status showing in the first column.
