5/5I ordered the world wallpaper which is in a box in my office so I can't comment on the quality but the ordering process was very easy. Once ordered Dave Roe contacted me as my measurements would crop New Zealand out of my mural, I was given the choice solution. Brilliant service. I would recommend this company for murals as they show attention to detail and are very approachable and helpful
5/5I'd definitely order from Wallsauce again. Great quality, service, and quick delivery with easy instructions.
Answered my emails promptly and answered my questions and made suggestions to make things easier for me. The wallpaper was very easy to put up, great quality and all the panels came labelled top and bottom, and it is so durable that it was impossible to tear. This made it super easy to work with. It took the two of us under 3 hours to put up a mural 9 ft high by more than 12 ft wide. A bit more time was required for trimming and all done. Turned out beautifully.

Every mural is a bespoke product and custom printed to your exact wall size, therefore, your dimensions must be accurate. Once you have your final sizes, we advise adding on a bit extra to ensure you achieve full coverage and trimming any excess, as stated in our handy measuring guide: https://www.wallsauce.com/how-it-works/measuring-your-wall.
Furthermore, our friendly, knowledgeable studio team are always on hand to offer guidance and answer any queries you have about the process.

2/5I've had gazillions of emails from you. I haven't put wall mural up yet so am giving feedback now in an attempt to reduce them. Wallpaper looks good quality and speedy delivery.

The delivery was quicker than expected. The paper was nice and thick with no fear of it ripping.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es wichtig ist, dass unsere Wandvorbereitungs- und Installationsanleitungen genau und korrekt befolgt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie maximale Ergebnisse erzielen.
Soweit wir feststellen können, sind keine Mängel an den von uns gelieferten Wandmaterialien oder Kleistern bekannt. Wir verwenden seit über 5 Jahren das gleiche Tapetenmaterial wie Sie und produzieren jeden Monat mehrere hundert maßgeschneiderte klassische Wandgemälde aus diesem Material. Jeder Materialfehler würde uns durch unseren Kundenstamm sofort auffallen. Der Kleister „Paste the Wall“ ist eine der führenden Marken Großbritanniens und auch hier sind uns alle Probleme bekannt.
Normalerweise entstehen Nahtprobleme durch eine Reihe von Faktoren wie unsachgemäße Vorbereitung der Wandoberfläche, inkonsistentes Auftragen des Klebstoffs, extreme Umweltbedingungen oder manchmal durch zu starken Druck auf das Papier, der dazu führt, dass es sich leicht dehnt und sich anschließend an den Nähten zusammenzieht, oder durch zu wenig aufgetragenen Kleister in der Nähe von Nähten. Der mitgelieferte Kleister deckt 3 bis 5 Tapetenrollen ab, was normalerweise für 15 Quadratmeter oder mehr reicht (Standard-Tapetenrollen sind etwa 5 Quadratmeter groß), so dass Sie ausreichend Kleister für Ihr spezielles Wandgemälde haben.
Leider konnte ich diesbezüglich keinen früheren Kontakt von Ihnen finden und konnte Ihnen daher in dieser Angelegenheit nicht weiterhelfen.
