It was not until I spoke with them that I knew they were in England and I reached them just before their closing time that day as I was calling from the USA. They walked me through the product choices, how they were meant to be used, etc. I received samples shortly thereafter. Impressed with the samples, I placed my order. I had it installed professionally and could not be more pleased with the results. A first class product from a first class company. I highly recommend them.
